Corporate Governance
As an administrator, you have full control over your cloud. You can distribute user roles, allocate storage space, create separate work areas or sub-organisations, and much more!
Activity of your Users
The activity log allows you to keep track of all changes in the files. Verify at any time, how and by whom certain files and folders have been changed. Assign users into groups, manage each users' roles and access rights to documents and Team Shares, and determine each user's storage usage.
Revisions and File Recovery
Revisions (i.e. previous versions of files) are automatically stored in leitzcloud. Restore older versions at any time or restore documents that were accidentally deleted.This ensures that no files are lost. As an administrator, you can further configure the settings for revisions and deleted documents.
Notifications and Reports
Define the activities for which you would like to receive notifications by email or text directly on your computer or phone. Be notified when your storage is almost full or when you have been added to a new TeamShare. Configure regular reports with all statistics and developments of your Cloud.
